Arisaph strongly believes in sharing the success of the company with those employees who help create such success. Accordingly, as part of the overall compensation package, employees may be granted an annual bonus and/or a stock option package, as competitive as any in the industry.

Health & Wellness
Arisaph places a premium on the health and wellness of its employees and their direct families. Our commitment is evidenced by the truncated waiting period to enroll in Arisaph’s medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts. All employees who work greater than 30 hours per week are eligible for the benefits within 30 days of hire.
Arisaph offers group health coverage to eligible employees through Preferred Blue PPO, a health insurance program offered by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS). The plan allows for treatment from an in-network or an out-of-network provider without the need of a referral from a primary care physician. Consistent with its People First value, Arisaph pays a significant portion of premium costs for health insurance regardless of the coverage level selected.
Prescription Drug Plan
Preferred Blue PPO insurance plan offers a prescription drug plan as part of its benefits. The prescriptions are based on a standard 3-tier platform with co-payment prices ranging as low as $15 for a generic prescription to $50 for non-preferred brand prescriptions. Additionally, the prescription plan offers a mail service drug program for the same co-payment level for retail (up to 30-day supply) or 2x co-payment for mail order (up to 90-day supply).
Arisaph offers eligible employees dental coverage for themselves and their families through a plan offered by Reliance Standard. Preventive care offered by a preferred provider is covered at 100%, restorative care at 80% and major restorative at 50% up to an annual maximum. Consistent with its People First value, Arisaph pays a significant portion of premium costs regardless of the coverage level selected.
Preferred Blue PPO insurance plan provides benefits for routine vision exams furnished by an ophthalmologist or optometrist. Co-payments and limits vary for service type.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Arisaph offers eligible employees Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to the employee.
Long Term Disability insurance at 60% of your base pay, up to a monthly maximum benefit of $6,000, is offered free of charge to all eligible employees provided.
Arisaph recognizes that employees focus on their future just as much as the Company does. Accordingly, Arisaph offers benefits to help employees reach personal goals. Both Arisaph’s 401(k) Plan and Flex Spending Accounts offer employees financial benefits from enrollment in either of the benefits.
Regular full time or part time employees (with greater than 1,000 annual hours) can join Arisaph’s 401k Plan on the 1st day of employment. Employees may contribute between 1% and 75% of their salary, up to the IRS maximum. Arisaph provides a generous company match of 100% of your contribution up to 4% of eligible compensation.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible spending accounts, also known as FSA’s, are accounts that are used to pay uncovered, eligible medical, dental and dependent care expenses on a pretax basis. Arisaph offers eligible employees both medical and dependent care spending accounts.

Having ample time for family and friends is essential to a high quality of life and can also reenergize and reinvigorate you. To help support this balance, we have implemented the following benefits to do just that.
Arisaph offers all employees working greater than 20 hours a week a competitive vacation package that increases on select anniversary dates. The vacation accrual occurs every two weeks and begins on the first date of employment.
Arisaph employees are immediately eligible for 10 scheduled paid holidays annually. Additionally, Arisaph employees are offered a “Floating Holiday”, which can be taken on any day desired.
Arisaph offers all eligible employees paid sick time off. The sick accrual occurs every two weeks and begins on the first date of employment.
In addition to the vacation policy detailed earlier, Arisaph closes its operation on the final week of the calendar year. This paid benefit is offered to all employees and is meant to serve as a recognition benefit for all the hard work during the year and an opportunity to recharge before the beginning of the next year.
Fitness Club Membership
Through Arisaph’s medical insurance, all eligible employees may be reimbursed for expenses up to $150 annually for a fitness club membership.
Arisaph’s work environment is “business casual” every day.
Commuting to and from our downtown Boston location is simple and can be accomplished in a variety of ways. Again, consistent with its People First value, Arisaph offers reimbursement of commuting expenses up to a maximum level. Employees are free to apply these funds to any fixed monthly MBTA service or parking fees.
